Dr. Hubbert Christopher Atienza Dolor, also known as "Kuya VG" and "Doc Dolor," is the eldest of four siblings, born on November 3, 1971, in the beautiful town of Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. Raised in a family of professionals and public servants, he is a licensed physician and a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a Master’s in Hospital Administration. Serving as Mayor of Puerto Galera from 2007 to 2016, Dr. Dolor made significant contributions to health, education, and livelihood in his community. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Medal of Honor, Outstanding Municipal Mayor of the Philippines, and the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award.
